ABOUT US
IDK, which stands for I Didn’t Know, specializes in teaching health and fitness. The IDK Foundation’s mission is to address the prevention of obesity and chronic disease by teaching inner city youth and parents about living and maintaining a healthier lifestyle. Our goals are to engage the community in fun exercises, teach healthy nutrition, improve self-esteem and reinforce positive thinking.
Our focus is assisting and working with individuals from low income areas. By partnering with other organizations we are able to create custom fitness programs, nutritional counseling, and life changing experiences at our yearly summer camps. All programs offered at The IDK Foundation are free thanks to public and corporate donations.
